Wildlife in the Pre-K

Hello All!

These next two weeks we will continue our unit on Wildlife Animals.

This week we made a slinky snake, tiny turtle, awesome owl mask and magnificent mouse!

We are learning all about different types of animals in preparation for our Fairmount Park Wildlife visit next week!

We have also put a dent into our Handwriting Without Tears workbooks! We are now learning how to spell words and write them. We are also polishing up on our counting skills and we are learning how to write our numbers.

In Language Arts we have been practicing opposites, sequencing, grouping and labeling!

Books We Read This Week:

"Stanley Goes Ape"- Griff

"Creepy Creatures, Eyes on Nature"

"Yertle the Turtle"- Dr. Suess

"By Word of Mouth"- Bloomsbury
