This week we wrapped up our unit and projects on Thanksgiving. We sang some FANTASTIC Thanksgiving songs, that I hope will be shared with each and every family during the holidays!!
We practiced and reviewed the letter "O" and did some listening activities to learn how to follow directions better!
On Monday we read "The Know Nothings Talk Turkey" by Michele Sobel Spirn
Tuesday we read "One Terrific Thanksgiving" by Marjorie Sharmat
Wednesday we read "Thanksgiving Day"- by Anne Rockwell
We made a great drawing of what we would eat for thanksgiving dinner, created an adorable turkey headband with feathers, and began painting a special SURPRISE gift for Hanukkah!
